My (basic) code:

Honor: Obligation, Justice and Courage.

Honor is having the moral courage to meet your just obligations. In any decision making process there are three criterion that dictate if it is right. (a) if one has a duty to serve (being indebted or sworn to do so)then do so to the best of your ability. (b) IF an action in service will create an injustice, then you can not do it. And (c) One must act in a manner that is right, even if it requires personal sacrifice or loss.

Loyalty: Mutual Trust and Devotion: Between friends, family and ones chosen community there are unshakable bonds. One must be loyal (as long as it does not violate honor) to these bonds, build trust, and defend that trust to the fullest of ones ability.

Responsibility: Only I am responsible for me. Take responsibility for ones own actions and if you screw up don’t blame anyone or anything else (equipment malfunction because you did not maintain it, the Devil told me to, I was Drunk etc). If you are not up to a task then do NOT do it.

Beyond this treat others with respect till they no longer warrant it. Be just, be fair, be fierce.
